Hungary, like Poland, is a hunting country with very old and proud traditions, which they do their utmost to preserve. This can sometimes mean that as a Danish hunter you feel challenged, for example if you shoot your first wild boar in Hungary. Here there are some very clear rituals that you have to go through, and here you can only smile and be proud that you are allowed to experience Hungarian hunting culture. This is usually a great pleasure for the local hunters, and as they say, “when in Rome, do as the Romans do.”

Hungary is one of the countries that has the most to offer when we talk about hunting. But, it is certainly also the country where you can bring the whole family, as there are many opportunities to enjoy this fantastic country. If you like wine – and who doesn’t? – we can, among other things, recommend that you visit some of the local wineries and taste their wines. You can also take a refreshing swim in Lake Balaton, depending on the season of course. Whatever you/you feel like, it can of course be combined with our hunting offers.

Pigeon shooting
Pigeon hunting in Hungary can be compared to pigeon hunting in South Africa, where you stand around in the sunflower fields and wait for the pigeons to come pulling.
