HUNTING IN AUSTRIA
Find the overlooked hunting adventure!
Hunting in Austria is considered by many hunters to be very expensive. However, this is only partially true. If you choose to hunt the game species that are “common” to Austria, the price is reasonable.
In Austria, a wealth of top-class experiences await, both in terms of hunting and nature.
B og H Jagtrejser can offer hunting in Austria, where you will have some great hunting experiences.

Austrian hospitality and cozy accommodation
You will be taken care of by hospitable and helpful Austrians who know what the words service and customer satisfaction mean! In Austria, you can also enjoy really good food, wine and beer in most places, whether you want to stay on the mountain in a hunting lodge (Almhütte), or whether you choose to check into a 4-star hotel. We highly recommend both types, as they both have their own charm.
The hunting lodge where you share everything and help each other with cleaning and cooking, etc. Here you can put on your hunting clothes and go directly hunting from the cabin when the time is right, and otherwise you can enjoy the peace and the fantastic view from the cabin over the picturesque landscape with the large mountains.
The hotel is certainly also located in some of the most beautiful that Austria has to offer. However, it is aimed a little more at those who want luxury and pampering to go hand in hand, and still be able to enjoy the view of the beautiful nature. Here it is just not from a bench in front of the cabin, but from the pool or wellness area. The hunt still takes place in the beautiful Austrian mountains, with lots of wonderful nature experiences.
A common denominator is that you can easily take your better half or the whole family on a hunting trip to Austria. In September, it is typically still really summer, with temperatures like those seen in Italy, and there are many things you can see and try. We don’t need to mention that Austria also has a lot to offer in the winter. This is especially true if you choose to stay at the hotel, where it will be possible for the family to ski while you go hunting. This is our suggestion for a hunting trip the family will NOT want to come home from.
